Customer Review: It Helped With Prosthetic
I bought this bra while looking for a bra my prosthetic would fit in.
Most bras designed for a prosthesis are $40.00 and up. Some insurances
cover them. Mine covered only one. My insurance also required me to travel a distance to a prosthetic center; therefore I ordered this one on line. This is the only bra I was able to find with a lining that opened. Although the opening is in the front instead of the side; I put my prothesis in using a small pin to ensure it doesn’t rise. The lining is thicker; therefore not as smooth a fit as a lighter mesh lining. In some ways (the bulk in the lining) it is not the good fit of the bras designed for prostheses; but it did help me. The straps were better than my prosthetic bra and the sides did not cut at all on my surgical side. Although I have since purchased 2 prosthetic bras, I still use this one as a back up. I have also recommended it to a friend and told her the pros and cons. She has a shoulder problem and needed something that would allow her to use a front opening. The straps on this bra are much more comfortable than all my bras. It is such a pretty bra. I feel very feminine wearing it.
It would be helpful if you showed the inside lining of the bra.
